Papad Pol was a popular comedy TV show of Sab TV. It was telecasted from Monday to Friday in the time slot of 7:30 PM IST. Like all other TV shows, there is a tag line with the name of this comedy show, that is “Shahbuddin Rathod Ki Rangeen Duniya”. After trying to save this show several times, Sab TV had decided this time to get it off air. The main reason of dropping off Papad Pol is the low TRPs for this comedy TV show. This show is replaced by another comedy show under the same production house named as “Don’t Worry Chachu”. The Sab TV Channel gave a warm farewell to the Papad Pol. A world of imaginary characters is written by Shahbuddin Rathod in Papad Pol including Vinay chand, Jayantilal and Kokila.

This comedy show was begun with the issue of marriage of Vinay Chand Parikh and Kokila Parikh. The role of Vinay Chand Parikh is casted on Swapnil Joshi who had worked in popular comedy shows like Comedy Circus and many more. The role of Kokila Parikh is played by Ami Trivedi who is a beautiful, young girl with fair complexion. On the other side, Vinay Chand is with extremely dark complexion, but really good hearted. The role of father and mother of Vinay Chand are played by Tapan Bhatt and Alpana Buch. Hope there will be a new season of Papad Pol very soon with new concept and new fun to hit the top TRPs of this comedy show.
